The Tool I Built: Snoopy, My Website Brand Identity Extractor

I was fiddling around with AI automation and built Snoopy, a website brand identity extractor.

Here’s the problem I faced often: ChatGPT can’t read from a webpage directly.

But Snoopy can. 😃

How to use Snoopy:

1. Paste a URL

2. Get a Brand Identity Analysis

How Snoopy works on the backend:

1. Gets a website URL

2. Scrapes the website’s content on the homepage of the URL

3. Utilizes ChatGPT 3.5 to analyze the content.

4. ChatGPT spits out an analysis of the brand guidelines of the website.

Important note: I’m on the free plan for Relevance with 100 credits/day, so only the first few to try it get to use it each day.

How to Build Your Own AI Automation Tool Using Relevance AI

1. Head to Relevance AI

Relevance AI is a trending AI agent service that lets you create your own AI agents.

(The above is an affiliate link, so I’ll get some kickback if you decide to pay for their service 🙂)

Its AI agents can use multiple such AI automation tools to act independently in your workflow.

2. Register for a Free Account

Click on Try for Free and sign up for an account with Relevance AI.

3. Scroll Down Until the ‘Tool Templates’ Section

4. Click on Extract and Summarize Website Content

5. Clone the tool

6. Click on the Build tab.

7. Scroll Down to the ‘Summarize Extracted Data’ Heading

8. Click on Expand

9. Change Your Model to GPT 4o mini (Latest) - OpenAI

If you are using your own model, take note of the credits each of the consume.

We will stick to OpenAI’s GPT 4o mini for this small task.

10. Tweak the Prompt

Next, let’s tweak the prompt 👨🏻‍🔧

I typically go into ChatGPT to upscale the prompt.

Here’s the prompt I use for ChatGPT:

You are an experienced prompt engineer and AI expert. I want you to improve this prompt and upscale it:

I replaced it with the current prompt while retaining the dynamic variables in double curly brackets like so:

11. Save the Tool

Click on the Save button on the top right corner or CMD/CTRL + S to save.

12. Click on the ‘Use’ Tab At the Top Left Corner

13. Test the Output

Key in a website that you’d like to extract information from. Fill in the scraping objective.
